We coordinate aerial experiences and special-event coverage across the Mountain West — built on the idea that the cockpit belongs to anyone with the skill, discipline, and grit to be in it. Women-owned. Idaho-built. Open to everyone.
Breanna Value — Founder & CEO
Breanna Value has lived in Valley County since 2016. She grew up in rural Idaho — the kind of place where you learn early that terrain doesn't care about your schedule, and that getting somewhere sometimes means figuring out a different way in.
She didn't come from an aviation family. She didn't take a straight path. She decided — with a full life already in motion — that she was going to build an aviation company. Not because it was easy. Because it was the right thing to build, and nobody else was building it here.
The name Babes & Blades has a real origin story. Breanna and Ashley Evans — a trainer at Alpine Aviation — are two women who don't exactly fit the mental image most people have when they picture a helicopter pilot. They've both watched the look of surprise on people's faces. They've both smiled and kept flying anyway. That dynamic — skilled, serious, and completely underestimated — is exactly what Babes & Blades is built on.
None of this happens without her husband. He's the kind of person who hears a big idea and doesn't flinch — he leans in. From the earliest conversations about what Babes & Blades could be, he's been the steady force behind it. The one who shows up, figures it out, and makes it possible. Every woman building something needs someone in her corner like that. Breanna has him.
Babes & Blades started as a vision — a women-led aviation brand that was serious about operations, honest about where it was in its journey, and unapologetic about being feminine, fun, and Idaho-rooted all at the same time. That's still exactly what it is.
The Why Behind the Brand
Idaho deserves a helicopter aviation company that actually lives here. Not a seasonal operation flying in from somewhere else. Not a utility company running tours as a side business. A real, rooted, professional operation that knows this terrain, these communities, and these people.
And the aviation industry needs more women in it — as operators, owners, and pilots. Babes & Blades exists to be proof that changes. Not by gatekeeping who's in the cockpit, but by expanding who sees themselves in this industry.
